Portrait offers two types of rehabilitation work, extensive and minor or cosmetic.

We offer full-service interior and exterior renovation or conversions including amenity renovations such as leasing, fitness, or resident business centers. As a skilled general contractor, we handle all the details- budgeting, negotiations, obtaining permits, planning, supervising, and troubleshooting. Because we understand that extensive rehabilitation is a large capital expense, we’ve developed an investment mindset, so projects meet the owners’ financial objectives.

Portrait’s minor or cosmetic rehabilitation projects often involve a simple face lift, repainting, new flooring, kitchen/bath fixture replacement, minimal landscaping, and other minor work. Portrait’s rehabilitation team will assess these minor repairs, as well as any major issues that might require further attention and develop a schedule for unit turns that can be completed in as little as 3 days to minimize tenant displacement.
