Portrait Construction, Inc., an affiliate of Portrait Homes, Inc., was formed in 2012 to address the growing demand for multi-family apartments. Portrait Homes, Inc. was formed in 1990 and combined, the companies have over 30 years of experience in multi-family and residential construction.
Portrait ventured into the tax credit affordable market in 1994 with the successful completion of Villa Loma, a 344-unit multi-family affordable housing project, the largest tax credit development in the state at that time. Since 1990, Portrait has built over 15,000 affordable and market rate multi-family apartments.
For over 25 years, Portrait has continued maintaining a firm hands-on approach from conception to completion. We focus on fostering a collaborative environment built on frequent and open communication.
